Andreas Wines will be hosting a Wedding Open Day on the 29th September 2018 from 10h00 – 16h00 were they will showcase the best that Andreas has to offer to create your special wedding day. Come and enjoy décor, flowers, wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, music, wine tasting and sales, food and a fashion show with amazing bridal gowns.

Anton Goosen is net betyds om die bekende Waterblommetjies te kom sing en eet in die Boland. Aanhangers van die rou aardsheid van sy ‘homegrown’ musiek kan uitsien na al sy gewilde liedjies en vertellinge plus sy nuwe album PADKOS waaraan hy ses jaar lank gewerk het en te koop sal wees.   • Creamy Butternut Soup paired with a curry samosa and camembert cheese
  • Creamy Mushroom Soup paired with beef biltong and blue cheese

The Stone Kitchen

The Stone Kitchen is a child-friendly bistro, offering a great kids’ menu and both indoor and outdoor play areas. Activities include a large soft play area with Lego table, climbing wall and mini-kitchen. Outside, kids can go wild on our jungle gym, play mini golf or mini soccer, swings, slides and more.

A regular event at The Stone Kitchen includes Friday Burger Night. Diners receive a Dunstone Burger and chips plus a glass of Dunstone wine for just R98.

Wellington Wines – Pairings

Pancake and Wine Pairing

The pairing consists of four wines, perfectly paired with four filled pancakes:

Duke of Wellington Chenin Blanc 2018 is paired with a pancake filled with sugar & cinnamon, dazzle with crushed ginger snaps and topped with cream.

Duke of Wellington Sauvignon Blanc 2018 is paired with pancake filled with orange marmalade, garnished with a piece of orange.

 

Duke of Wellington Pinotage 2017 is paired with Blackcurrant jam, a hint of anise seed, topped with Pinotage jam.

Duke of Wellington Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 is a traditional sugar and cinnamon pancake sprinkled with grated dark Lindt chocolate.

“Rockefeller” Pairing

This pairing takes decadence to a whole new level. It includes three wines, two filled pancakes and a hot, sticky chocolatey (to die for) cup-cake.
