Having worked on the ABSA Cape Epic Route Team for 8 years, he knows what riders want! Tarryn will be teaching 2 x yoga classes during your stay, both of which are suitable for all levels. With her fun and playful approach, she encourages her students to practice mindful movements while exploring and experimenting with new shapes. Her love for creative sequencing makes her classes exciting and interesting. As a singer, Tarryn will be incorporating beautiful chanting and singing into the meditative parts of her yoga classes leaving you feeling completely restored.
Britney Varley is a vegan chef and caterer who started Wild 'Plant based Alchemy' in 2015. She grew up in a foodie family that spent a lot of time cooking up dishes from around the globe and enjoying them around the dinner table. After years as a vegetarian, she began researching the benefits of a fully plant based diet and became aware of how our traditional food choices were negatively affecting our health, our planet and the lives of animals. She realised that it was all interconnected. It was at this point that she knew she wanted to dedicate her life to sharing and promoting delicious food and helpful knowledge that promoted good health and joy for all.
@ Bosman Family VineyardIn the spirit of innovation we are doing things differently this year. We’re having the Release Celebration at sunset and it promises to be something spectacular!
The event will take place on Saturday, 10 November. Gates will open at 15h30 and the tasting journey through the wine cellar will start promptly at 16h00. As you wander through the centuries’ old cellar, new vintages of old favourites, as well as totally new wines, will be presented by winemaker, Corlea and the Bosman team.
This will be followed by a sumptuous meal on the family estate, Lelienfontein. Few people get to experience the farm at dusk. Watching the sun set behind the vineyards, casting long shadows on the beautiful old buildings is a truly magical experience, and one not to be missed.
